We are looking for a permanent Project Manager on behalf of a large £50m Contractor operating across the Yorkshire region. They deliver a wide range of projects from small scale extensions & refurbs to design and build of new developments across the General Commercial & Local Authority sectors.

 

Remuneration /Benefits:

·         £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary

Experience Required:

·         The ability to take projects from inception to completion and deliver on time with minimal defects

·         Great track record of Client Management

·         Must be number 1 on projects of similar size and value.

·         Must have valid tickets including SMSTS, CSCS and 5 day first aid

·         Good communicator and resource manager

·         Ability to prepare short term programmes

·         Capable of contributing with design and detailing and communicating with Architects and Engineers

·         Good understanding of Health and Safety and CDM. Also capable of preparing RAMS

My client is a £150m turnover main contractor who specialise in Commercial New Build, Fit Out, Refurb, Maintenance and FM. They work Nationwide alongside many major brands and leading Bluechip organisations spanning the Commercial Office, Education, Retail and Healthcare sectors.

They are currently looking for a Project Manager to be No.1 on site for new build and fit out projects valued up to £3m. Initial projects will be based around the midlands and will be predominantly Airport and Car Showroom works.

The successful candidate MUST have previous experience within a similar role and projects.

Key Skills (Not limited to):

  • Proven track record in commercial fit out.

  • Must be able to deliver success in fast track projects within a live environment.

  • Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans

  • Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required

As part of their long-term growth strategy and urgent need, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong Fit-Out experience in Doha.   • Supervise the QSs, guide and achieve the best practice thru them
