Senior Site Manager

A permanent position has become available for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to work for a well established Regional Contracting organisation based in the East Midlands who operate across Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Public sectors.

Remuneration /Benefits:

Experience Required:
  • Experience of managing projects valued up to £6m as Number 1 or on larger projects as Number 2.

  • New Build projects

  • UK Contracting experience

  • Commercially astute with excellent organisational skills.

  • Solid IT Skills.

  • CSCS Black Card or higher

  • Valid SMSTS certificate

Job:

This role will be running smaller projects as Number 1 or as part of a team on larger projects, reporting to a Project Manager.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinating and overseeing activity, delivering projects on time, to budget and keeping to high levels of quality.

  • Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.

  • Manage and develop supply chain relationships.

  • Be able to read and understand programmes, drawings and technical specifications.

This Division specialises in New Build projects across Yorkshire and parts of North Lincolnshire, within Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Local Authority Sectors.
