Project Manager Nottingham

We are looking for a Project Manager on behalf of a large family owned Regional Contractor operating across the East Midlands. They have grown impressively in size and stature over the last couple of years and have a substantial client base with who they work in partnership to deliver new build and refurbishment projects across Commercial, Private Residential and Local Authority sectors.

Remuneration /Benefits:

Experience Required:
  • The ability to take projects from inception to completion and deliver on time with minimal defects

  • Great track record of Client Management

  • Must have been Number 1 on Site on projects of £15m in value

  • Must have valid tickets including SMSTS, CSCS and 5 day first aid

  • Good communicator and resource manager

  • Ability to prepare programme of works

  • Capable of contributing with design and detailing and communicating with Architects and Engineers

Job:

The role is for a permanent site based Project Manager to join the existing team, reporting to a Contracts Manager as Number One on site to initially deliver a New Build Commercial project around the value of £15m in Nottingham City Centre.
