3D Visualiser

My client is a leading design practice in London with projects spanning all over the world. They are a creative agency with over 30 years' experience in brand and retail design. They have worked with top names in the retail and hospitality world, and have many more exciting upcoming projects this year. They are concerned with creating engaging brands for the next era of customer.


As a 3D Designer, you will lead the process of developing 3D visualisations based on concept designs and technical drawings using 3DS Max and V-ray.



The main responsibilities of this role will include the following:

• Briefings from the designers, having discussions on improving the design and what areas to focus on.

• Creating the 3D visuals in 3D Studio Max.

• Working with VRay for lighting.

• Handing over the designs before pitches within the correct time scale.

• Revising and fine tuning the images before presentation.


We are looking for candidates with minimum 5 years’ experience of working as a 3D Visualiser.

Ideally this experience being Retail based. Proficiency with 3D Studio Max, VRay, Photoshop is necessary. In addition, a basic understanding of AutoCAD and Sketch up will be useful.

Senior Architect

My client is a global leader in architecture and design with a presence internationally across a number of major cities and with a reputation for delivering some of the world’s leading projects. Due to their fantastic reputation for delivering only the highest quality designs they are able to be selective in which projects they undertake and as a result, maintain a client base of some of the leading developers and operators. Their success has come from both their design ability and their understanding of these select client, with their aim to produce creative concepts that are unique to each project.


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Attend client meeting with the Director and assist in taking the full client brief.

Develop concept designs on based on client brief.

Manage CAD/Revit teams on the development of detailed design drawings.

Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials

Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.

Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.

Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.

Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.

Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site

Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.

Qualifications and Requirements


Min 3 years Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of Architecture experience

Leadership skills

Experience in hospitality/commercial projects/healthcare projects is an advantage.

Good understanding of Middle East Building Codes with a Middle East Experience is a plus but not a necessity.

Strong communication skills in English. Arabic would also be beneficial.

Knowledge of Revit software is a plus but not essential.

Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple tasks.

5-10 years post-qualification experience

excellent communication and coordination skills, including the ability to sketch/develop designs on paper as well as digitally

experience of working directly with clients and other consultants

advanced CAD (2D and 3D) and Adobe Suite skills

ability to work effectively in small project teams

fluency in English

relevant permit for working in the UK

skills in REVIT are ESSENTIAL

Skills and qualities required:

post-graduate degree in architecture and urban design with one – three years' post graduate experience
