My client are a leading Construction, fit out and refurbishment contractor based in West Yorkshire, operating across many sectors including: Retail, Leisure, Education and Offices. Their development is built upon the successful relationships built with their clients.


They are looking for an Estimator to join their existing team and as part of that team you will be responsible for the estimation of design and build projects. They have a successful track record of winning projects and as part of the team you will be required to deliver the same. You must have an understanding of the design and build process and have strong knowledge on bidding for projects in the industrial, commercial and new build sectors to £5m.


Required skills:

• The ability to take projects from inception to completion

• Prepared to work throughout England

• A real desire to deliver quality bids with a strong design focus

• Capable of contributing with design and detailing and communicating with Architects and Engineer

Interior Architect

They are looking for an Interior Architectural Designer to be part of their creative team producing innovative, sophisticated and original interior design with their sister architectural practice. You will be working to a brief set by the creative director, senior designer or project leader to deliver high-end projects.

Key responsibilities:

• effectively convey designs and collate concepts for production resources to document both internally and externally

Take responsibility for the production and review, along with the senior designer, of design documentation, both architectural and F&E and ID:

• drawing packages up to tender, this includes plans, elevations, joinery drawings and setting out drawings

• assist the senior designer with regular site reviews during construction

• knowledge of the planning system, building regulations and listed buildings


Professional qualifications/experience preferred:

• recognised qualification in architecture or interior design

• a minimum of four years' of experience, with good knowledge of the luxury design sector – hospitality or residential

• track record of delivering successful projects in either luxury hospitality or residential areas

• experience in all aspects of the design process, from conceptual design, documentation, on site and completion

• must be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Excel and AutoCAD

• excellent knowledge of products, finishes and suppliers

• must have a full UK working Visa or full working permits if necessary

• must be prepared to travel abroad

3D Visualiser

As a 3D Designer, you will lead the process of developing 3D visualisations based on concept designs and technical drawings using 3DS Max and V-ray.



The main responsibilities of this role will include the following:

• Briefings from the designers, having discussions on improving the design and what areas to focus on.

• Creating the 3D visuals in 3D Studio Max.

• Working with VRay for lighting.

• Handing over the designs before pitches within the correct time scale.

• Revising and fine tuning the images before presentation.


We are looking for candidates with minimum 5 years’ experience of working as a 3D Visualiser.

Ideally this experience being Retail based. Proficiency with 3D Studio Max, VRay, Photoshop is necessary. In addition, a basic understanding of AutoCAD and Sketch up will be useful.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Attend client meeting with the Director and assist in taking the full client brief.

Develop concept designs on based on client brief.

Manage CAD/Revit teams on the development of detailed design drawings.

Researches, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials

Prepares architectural details as and when required for execution of works.

Ensure that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise.

Addresses modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect.

Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences.

Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site

Attends progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings.

Qualifications and Requirements


Min 3 years Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of Architecture experience

Leadership skills

Experience in hospitality/commercial projects/healthcare projects is an advantage.

Good understanding of Middle East Building Codes with a Middle East Experience is a plus but not a necessity.

Strong communication skills in English. Arabic would also be beneficial.

Knowledge of Revit software is a plus but not essential.

Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple tasks.
