Project Manager (Fit Out) - Halifax, UK

My client are a £100m contractor with a regional presence in the Yorkshire area. They are owner managed and their unique approach to traditional values, modern management and construction techniques have enabled them to remain successful throughout the last 25 years, where they have enjoyed continued growth and opportunity.

  • They have a substantial client base and framework projects across multiple of the leading hospitality/retail/banking brands across the world. With the award of a number of new key accounts, they are now looking at growing the business with a number of new additions over the next 6 months.

  • They are actively looking to appoint a Projects Manager to work within their operations team and report into the operations manager.

  • The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing bespoke/framework fit-out projects with a value of up to £2 million. Your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently manage a full site team is crucial.

  • This role demands a hands-on approach, and you should be comfortable in running a project from quote to completion. We find that candidates who thrive in this role often come from backgrounds where they've been involved in pricing, tendering for jobs, and are well-versed in developing client relationships. Unlike highly structured contractors, the Project Managers are hands-on leaders who oversee every aspect of project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest blue-chip clients and to develop your career within a little known but extremely successful contractor.
